In 2010 Dr. Scoggins completed a two-year post-doctoral training program at the internationally-renowned Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center. He has served as a consultant for the Centers of Medicare and Medicaid Services and the Veterans Health Administration as well as testified in court and in deposition for numerous healthcare litigations.
